1.Stock ROM Restoration Guide (MiFlash)
1Step 1: Prepare Stock ROM
- Put the phone into Fastboot mode by holding Power + Volume Down (Vol -) and connect it to the computer's USB port.
- Open XiaoMiFlash.exe in the extracted Stock ROM folder. Click the Driver button and then Install to install drivers.
- Click the Select button and point to the folder containing the downloaded Stock ROM.
2Step 2: Flash Stock ROM
- Click the Refresh button to display the device.
- At the bottom right, select clean all (Extremely important to avoid relocking the bootloader).
- Click the Flash button and wait for the device to restart automatically.
2.Michanger Plus ROM Installation
3Step 3: Preparation & Enter Fastboot
- Power off the phone.
- Hold Power + Volume Down (Vol -) to enter FASTBOOT mode.
- Connect the USB cable to the computer.
4Step 4: Install Custom Michanger ROM
- Put the phone into FASTBOOT mode again.
- On the tool: Click LOAD -> Select Install MiChanger ROM.
- Wait for the tool to report success (Done/Success).
